In July 2018, the T&A celebrates 150 years of serving the people of Bradford and a lot’s changed since Victorians picked up the first issue of the forerunner of the T&A, the Bradford Daily Telegraph.

Journalism was once described as, ‘the first draft of history’ and the newspapers archives now provide a priceless record of the life of a community, the highs and lows of Bradford, and the changes that have overtaken it.

So join us as we dip into those archives and take a unique look back at Bradford over the last 150 years with eye-witness accounts of history in the making.

The film is produced exclusively for the T&A and is narrated by Richard Vernon.
